In Hong Kong, there is a much higher interest in the subject of wine than just a few years ago. People are generally interested in learning a little about wine and the best way to do this is to learn in a relaxed environment, together with friends, colleagues or clients. There is no need for the learning experience to be too formal.

Our experience is that an event such as a client cocktail party with a wine theme will attract a larger degree of interest and acceptance from the guests you are looking to attract to the event.

In a tutored wine tasting, a wine expert will guide guests through the tasting of selected boutique wines, providing interesting information about the wine varietals and wine regions. This need not be a drawn out event. Short introductions can be made by the wine expert and the focus on the evening can still be social. People who are particularly interested to learn more are then able to discuss directly with the expert. The tutored tasting can be followed by the Mystery Wine Game, enabling guests to put to work what they have learned during the tutored tasting.
